Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to be resold as a new item.

Gift Cards are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund will be granted.

All Return postage is at the expense of the customer.

Replacement items will be dispatched only once defect goods have been received. If items are damaged or show symptoms of defect on arrival, buyers must contact us via email within 7 days with a complete detailed description of the issue with photos if necessary.

Huntsman products will not refund on items that have been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed.

Huntsman products tries its best to present accurate information about every item, please email us before placing your bid if you are not sure on anything to do with the item.

  • A 15% restocking fee and actual postage cost will be deducted from refund for change of mind purchases or non-defective returns.
  • We accept NO responsibility for after- play damages, improper installation or customer modified items

 

Warranty

Huntsman Products has 100% confidence in their products and offer a 90-day warranty replacement on all their items giving you complete peace of mind.
All goods also come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty against defects from the sale date of purchase.

Product warranty depends on the manufacturer’s warranty and respective terms and conditions

Please note all tyre warranties run on a pro-rata return policy. For example: if you bring your tyre back with a defect and warranty is accepted when your tyre has 70% tread left, you will receive a refund of 70% or the cost of that tyre.

Please refer to the Description for more details regarding the length of the warranty of the product

If an item is defective, we will:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product (or part of it);
  • Provide compensation;

For claiming the warranty, please contact our customer service team, they will provide you with instructions and help you address the matter as quickly as possible.

Please ensure you have your receipt for warranty, unfortunately if you do not have the proof of purchase, we cannot accept a warranty claim.

We accept NO responsibility for after- play damages, improper installation or customer modified items.

 

Incorrect packaging

Please ensure your order is thoroughly looked over within 7 days of receiving your goods. Any items with errors in delivery will not be warranted after 7 days.
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the details is unintentional and will be resolved upon calling us.

While we are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies.

For queries regarding any issue with item received please contact us via phone or email with your invoice number ready.

 

Third-party payments

Returns can be made in-store or over the phone through Customer Support. Goods purchased using PayPal or zip pay must be returned via the original payment method. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (if processed online) or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If payment was by card over the phone we will need your bank account details for the refund.

Refunds may take up to 7 days processing to come through from your bank.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at accounts@huntsmanproducts.com.au and send your item to: F8-10 Capital Place, Carrum Downs, Vic, 3201

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: F8-10 Capital Place, Carrum Downs, Vic, 3201\

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
